Prices are shown and charged by default in USD. Prices seen on the page can be automatically converted from USD to your local currency.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Defective/Damaged Product
Customers have 30 days after delivery to notify us to request a refund. If refund requests are based on from damaged or defective products please send us an email with photos. If claims are true we will either send a replacement or send you a return address based on origin of shipment for a refund.
Returns
Returns are eligible for 30 days from delivery for all products. Please send an email at hello@heravogue.com if you would like to return your products for a refund.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Cancellation on Orders
In the event you wish to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
Be advised that any cancellations requested after 2 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping/processing time has been initiated.
Amendments to Orders
If you wish to amend an order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request however it may not be possible if shipping/processing has been initiated.
